Specific Admission Requirements for India

Applicants from India applying as beginning students or as transfer students may provide evidence of secondary school completion by submitting a certified true copy of one of the following:

  • Indian School Certificate (Year 12) Examination
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (Year 12)
  • Intermediate Certificate (Arts, Science, Or Commerce)
  • Pre-Professional Examinations (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering)
  • Pre-University Examinations
  • Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (Standard Xii)

Passes with marks averaging 60% or more in academic subjects including English, Mathematics, and sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics for admission to engineering or science) in these examinations will be required for admission consideration.

Advanced standing may be granted to applicants who successfully complete part or all of a post-secondary school degree program and provide a certified true copy of any of the following:

  • Bachelor Of Arts, Science, Commerce, Or Pharmacy (Three Year Programs)
  • National Diploma In Architecture
  • University Of London General Certificate Of Education Advanced Level Examination
  • Diploma In Language Teacher Traning, Physical Education, Or Medical Laboratory Technology
  • Diploma In Engineering
  • Diploma In Upper Primary Teaching

Applicants applying as transfer students from Indian universities must submit an official original or certified true copy of the university transcript (marks sheet) in addition to evidence of secondary school completion.
