Educational Exchange Program
-General Policy Guidelines

• Request a program at least two weeks in advance via the online request form

• ISS coordinator will contact you to discuss the program details and arrangements

• Meet and greet the student presenter at a prearranged location a few minutes prior to the program

• Introduce student and their topic to the audience at the beginning of the program

• Encourage respectful audience participation, ask questions the audience might not feel comfortable asking and provide relevant examples from the group's experience to personalize the presentation to the group

• Complete evaluation of the program and process

• Provide transportation for presenter to and from the program site if at all possible
