Request a program at least two weeks in advance via the online request form

ISS coordinator will contact you to discuss the program details and arrangements

Meet and greet the student presenter at a prearranged location a few minutes prior to the program

Introduce student and their topic to the audience at the beginning of the program

Encourage respectful audience participation, ask questions the audience might not feel comfortable asking and provide relevant examples from the group's experience to personalize the presentation to the group

Complete evaluation of the program and process

Provide transportation for speaker to and from the program site if possible.
